We had a great view of Mount Popocatepetl from our room. The kids enjoyed exploring the nearby pharmacies and convenience stores. Plus, the gym was surprisingly well-equipped with stunning mountain views, which was nice for a quick workout. Our dogs felt welcome too!
In my wife's opinion, the pillows weren't up to Sheraton standards. It would be great if they added more kid-friendly menu options in the restaurant.

Couples seeking comfort
I loved the fresh guayabas and muffins they placed on our floor every morning! It added such a good touch to start the day right. The live music in the lobby made for a wonderfully romantic evening.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for the overall experience, it was still acceptable.
